We are a regular traveler here in Izumo, Shimane, where is the center city of the origin of Japan in the Japanese myth.
In old times, many of Japanese sword artizans were active around here because they have the best iron around here to make Japanese sword(Katana) here. This is the oldest sword making area historically.
In Japan , the very solid sword has been called ‘Hagane’, which Japanese use this word when looking at something solid even right now.
You have to go here by experienceing Izumo Taisha shrine and Adachi fine art museum in a day followed by staying Tamatsukuri onsen area, which even Japanese people have not experienced this kind of local, not beaten itinerary.
